These are a range of shell vents as used on coaches. They are of generic design. The sizing is based on the nominal centre diameter. Unlike the Torpedo Vents, it is less clear which ones are the right ones for any scale. 3mm or 2.5mm diameter seems suitable for 4mm coaches whilst 2.5mm or 2mm diameter seems suitable for 3mm coaches.
