GWR (WLLR) Timber Bolster

This is a design by Banwy Models of the Timber Bolsters built by the GWR in 1924 for the Welshpool & Llanfair Light Railway

The model will need paint, couplings, wheels (8mm diameter) and pins for the bolster to complete. The WLLR took deliver of 6 of these in 1924. They ran like this until 1946 when four of them were rebuilt as opens.

The model is designed for the wheels to drop in by gently prising the W irons apart. It may be possible to fit DP09 bearings from Dundas but this has not been attempted.

For every wagon sold a donation will be made to the WLLR.
