55 gallon drums can be found in many places, not just on railways. These are made to a typical design with two bungs on top. One is the 2" threaded bung and the other is simply a small bung. If you want to have a 35 gallon drum them simply purchase the next scale down. They are very close to 35 gallons. These are also known as 45 gallon drums. It just depends on what gallon size is used.
